Hi, I'm Darling Dolly and I'm a happy, happy, happy girl!  Why wouldn't I be?  I was rescued from a breeder who had over 100 dogs in one house trailer!  Conditions were so bad all of my puppies died at one week old.  Diamond Dachshund wasn't able to rescue my puppies in time but they were able to rescue me! My foster Mom says I'm a very good girl.  I'm house trained and can use the doggy door, I do well in my crate, I'm not destructive and I don't bark. I'm what they call "well balanced", I don't even get bothered by my bossy Chihuahua foster brother.  And I just love humans.  I like to sit in their lap, give them kisses, and have them scratch my belly.  I'm ready to find my forever home!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
