This nearly one-year-old pup came into rescue scared of people for many days from being at the local animal shelter.   After a few days with his new foster mom, he began to blossom!  He’s a high energy pup that would do best with another young dog to play with or a family who has the time to give him all the exercise and fun he and you can stand!  His new family will need to enjoy his boundless enthusiasm for the outdoors and his family.  He loves to jump, and jump high - up to 3'!  He loves toys - chew toys and squeaky toys.   He’s completely  loyal his people and to other "furfriends"   he loves - even cats!

He is very sweet and lovable to everyone around him and will make some family a very fun and loyal pet.

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
