Hello!  I'm Fiona Mae - like Princess Fiona?  Only I'm black and white, not green!  And I'm much cuter if I do say so myself!  

Diamond Dachshund offered to help me find my forever home.  Are you looking for a princess for your castle?  Look no further!  I am a young princess and would be happy with a playmate. I get along with the dogs in my foster home and dogsitters foster home.

I am sweet, playful, and love to give kisses!  I love snuggling and would rather sleep in the human bed but I'm learning the crate is an ok place too.  I'm ok on the leash but would rather run and chase squirrels all over the backyard.  There are some dog friends behind me and I like running back and forth with them along the fence!  I'm very smart and already "sit" and "down" for treats!

I love to be where my people are.  Hanging on the couch and cuddling in bed are my favorite.

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
