Sweet, outgoing, good with other dogs, doggy door trained, playful, and a good cuddler are just some of the things my foster mom says about me. I am 3 years old and am a happy boy who loves to be around the action. If there is none you can count on me to start playtime with my fur sibling or just run around with the zoomies to make laugh. When I sneeze once I sneeze 3 more times-don’t you just hate that? I respond to a familiar voice when my foster mom wants to get my attention and my favorite part of the day is the part I get to spend with my human! I am looking for a forever home and I intend to find it!

Love dachshunds and not ready to adopt or circumstances won't permit having a dog? How about being a sponsor or making a donation. Every one of our dachshunds receives excellent medical care along with day to day food, love and housing. Being non-profit, we rely on generous individuals like yourselves to help save these fur babies. Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds. All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property. Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval. Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!
