Hello everyone, my name is Cherry Lucille, aka Cherry Lu. I am 4 years of age and weigh 11 pounds.  I am settling in fast to my new foster house.  I like to go on walks, I mastered the doggie door and I have already claimed my favorite new toy.  I like to play fetch  with toys and balls.  I get along great with my new foster siblings, I have two that are doxies like me and a big lab but we are playing together too.  I have very good manners at dinner and I am not a picky eater at all.  I like to sit on my foster mom’s lap and chew on my toys.  I have to go to the doctor to get these pesky tear ducts fixed and then get my teeth all cleaned and polished.  Once I am done with all my doctors visits.  I will be ready to meet you.  I hope to see you soon

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
