Eboneezer is what I call this little minx. He's Spur's little brother. Also a wire haired / long haired mixture, but tiny, only weighs about 8 pounds and boy is he cute with a capital "C"!!! Sort of shy, but coming around nicely and getting more socialized every day! He gives sweet little kisses and enjoys lap time. Had a bath today, was such a good puppy! I did not have to trim his hair, so he's all-natural and cute as a bug. Ebony will be neutered next week and will be ready to consider homes soon! He is not housetrained and is a typical little puppy, so patience and gentleness will be a must w/ this little man. He loves all other dogs and is even good w/ cats so far! Update for Happy Ending: Ebony - Eboneezer- a cute little wire haired pup with a perky personality, now lives in Austin with many doxie friends and visitors as his mommy is a foster home! He's a gentle, sweet, cute little tyke who has been a joy to have visit with us a while!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
