8.17.08 Meet Lucy and Ethel! These gorgeous dapple tweenie twins are about 9 months old. They are super high energy dogs and are miserable if they are crated. They are looking for parents who will stay at home with them. They want the freedom to race around all day like crazy loonies. Ethel is slightly more outgoing than Lucy. They are both friendly and great with other dogs and people. They do enjoy chasing cats, so can only live in a house where the cat is the boss and not afraid to let the girls know. Lucy and Ethel love to sleep in the big bed at night and Lucy especially is a great cuddler. If you are looking for a pair of doxies so amusing you won't need TV anymore, Lucy and Ethel are your girls! Lucy and Ethel are fully vetted, spayed, shots, fecal, HW negative, on preventative, microchipped and are available to interview potential new parents! TEXAS APPLICANTS ONLY. Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
