8.25.08 Nicky - Our precious little 7 year old black and tan long haired mini boy is back in rescue due to his adoptive mom having been diagnosed with a serious illness. Nicky is the sweetest little man who's life started out not so good. He's lost quite a few teeth due to peridontal disease, but still smiles and gives kisses - and even eats dry doggie food just fine. Little man, Nicky is ready for a home where he'll be spoiled, get belly rubs, petting, and snuggles. I suggest no small children or cats, a nice retired home would be just great for this charmer. He's fully vetted and ready to charm! 9.25.08 Nicky - the cute little long haired black and tan boy, so badly wants a home with a person who will let him give kisses and sit on your lap! He's a true snuggler who almost purrs when he gets loves and attention. For a middle aged fella, he's perky, healthy and oh-so darned cute! Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
