Fiona is a very sweet natured 12 year old “dame”!  She is an owner surrender situation however, she had a great and loving home where she was given a great life.  This makes Fiona a real treasure for her next forever home.

Fiona is house trained and did use a doggie door in her previous home.  However, in her foster home she is learning from her brother and sisters how to ask out at the door as well.  She is a quick learner and has a willingness to please.  It only took her a couple of days to find her space in a home with siblings after being an only dog.  After a brief “election of officers” she gets along great with her new dog family and is very loving and accepting to all her new human family as well.  She is crate trained and will lie in it quietly when needed.  She loves being in anyone’s lap that will make room for her. AND she is very accepting of her new child friend in the house as long as he approaches her with kindness.  She loves to give him kisses.  She is working on accepting her role in the family very well.  She is very alert and announces any new folks that come in and then makes friends quickly. She does seem to enjoy the outdoors as long as the weather is nice.

Fiona is very healthy and has a very complete record of proper veterinary records.  That is helpful because Fiona knows just the right heart wormer for her to take.  No changes though as she has to be on her specific treatment.  She is up to date on her dental and shots.

Happy, playful, and healthy makes this little girl a dream come true.  Her love cup runs over for her next family.
