Unfortunately I'm back in rescue due to no fault of my own.  The first time I came back was after my Daddy passed away.  Then some life changing events happened and my second parents had to give me up.  Luckily I have my sister, Bailey.  We need to be adopted together since we've grown so close over the past 1 1/2 years.  They said I was a quiet Diva in the making when I was adopted as a puppy!  I love to cuddle, nap and snuggle with my people and doggie friends. As the world swirls around me, I'll  watch very carefully before joining in on the fun! I have a quiet, sweet personality that will touch your soul and melt your heart.  A beauty trait I have is a slight overbite that leaves one of teeth showing on my lip - I look stunning.  Most can't carrry off that kind of beauty mark!  Great with dogs, cats, kids, men, and women.  I have great house manners with a happy-go-lucky personality.  I'm a little over weight but nothing a little less food and more exercise won't fix. It would be great if we could all go for walks together.

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
