I'm just a sweet, 5 year old girl who gets along well with everyone I meet! Kids, adults, dogs... they are all just perfect for me! My manners are well suited to blend into any home and I just ask for a nice pillow to rest on while you are busy with your life. I sleep nicely in my crate throughout the night and look forward to greeting you in the morning! Once we're up for the day, I'd love to hang around and be near you. I really love good company! Oh!  I almost forgot!  If you like to take leisurely walks, then I'm the perfect girl for you! My leash manners are great and I really enjoy strolling around and enjoying the scenery.  My family had to give me up when their kiddo started sneezing. Now, I'm searching for a new home to share my sweetness and love. Maybe I'll even get some nice, new squeaky toys! I just love playing with those! I hope you'll be the one to bring me home soon!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
