College towns can be so much fun! So many interesting people to meet! One afternoon, as I set out to make new friends, I found myself unable to find my way back home. As any intelligent and inquisitive gal would do, I found the nearest boy walking a dog and went right up to ask for directions! My rescuer's think my family might have purposely let me go on this adventure because I wasn't well cared for and had been used as a breeding dog in the past. Anyway, it worked out well because the boy's family took me in and got me into Rescue! I'm about 2 years old and will need to have my heartworms treated. My quiet, sweet personality is well suited to any home! I like kids, adults, other dog, even kitties! Having a kennel for quiet time is fine with me and I know how to use the doggie door quite well! I may have been named after "Little Orphan Annie," but I'm looking forward to never being left out in the cold again!
