I've been in rescue for 6 months now and so grateful for this chance to live!  Lots of rescues were contacted to help me, but none stepped up except DDRTX!  I am under a doctor's care right now because I have seizures. I'm getting medicine to help me with that and we all hope that will ensure I do well.  I have gained some weight and received the proper nutrition to help my coat shine up too.  Now that I'm being loved and cared for, I'm on the road to recovery!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
