Puppy Provisions Apply!

Hi!  My name is Lavender Shade and I am here to tell you to stop looking and adopt me!  I am only 3 months old, but I am already really good about my house training—I started demanding to do my business outside at only 2 months old!  I should be about 12-15 pounds when I grow up, but for now I am about 6 pounds of adorableness!  As you can see from my picture, I am a black and tan smooth girl with… get this... GREEN eyes!  I love everyone and everything—toys, people, dogs, kids.  I am a well-balanced little girl with a zest for life and love for snuggling that make me an ideal companion for just about anyone!  Sometimes I can get a bit wild, running around and being silly, licking faces and barking at things, but HEY, I’m a PUPPY!  I would be happiest with a doggie friend to play with and would love to have some kids to run in a backyard with.  My foster people say that I am a little more vocal than my litter-mates, but I just want to say here and now that I have opinions and I intend to share them with you!  If you would be interested in hearing my personal opinions, please fill out an application and I would be happy to tell you all about my thoughts on life!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
