Puppy Provisions Apply

HI!!!!  My name is Gooseberry Pie, but you can call me Goose!  My foster people tell me I’m a little “goosey” because I love to run and play and wag my tail... but I especially love to play.  I rarely slow down because I just love to play so very much!  I am currently about 3.5 months old, weight about 5 pounds and am full of energy and life.  I am looking for an active family who are in need of some extra action in their lives.  I want to go for walks, play in the yard, play tug-of-war, and be your best friend. I’d also really love to have a doggie friend to play with.  Since I am still a baby, I am working on my housetraining, but I use a doggie-door really well and rarely have accidents in the house!  My foster people say that I would LOVE to go to a puppy class to work on my manners and learn basic commands—they think I would do really well and could learn a lot of cool tricks!  I like all kinds of people and am not the least bit afraid of things like the vacuum cleaner.  I am very brave, huh?  Won’t you consider giving me a place to call my own?

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
