Meet Ghost Lee.  He is a very recent arrival.  He is 7 years old and almost 17 pounds.  His coloring is called Isabella Dapple.  He has one blue eye. He is as sweet and he is handsome.  He is used to being around other dogs and is doing well with the other dogs in his foster home, both males and females.  He was nervous the first day he came into rescue, but since being in his foster home he has opened up.  He has greeted all adults with his tail wagging and even the little humans that have come over to visit.  It will take a couple more times around them to see if we get the same reaction, but he has been great with everyone human and dog alike.  He knows what a doggie door is and sleeps quietly in a crate.  Since we are getting to know him more we will update if needed.  He is so sweet, loves to be cuddled and will make someone a wonderful companion.  He just wants to be loved.

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
