My name is Oscar, I am a very sweet boy who loves to snuggle and give kisses. My family is in the military and moved on short notice and couldn't take me with them so I am looking for a new home. I am crate trained and completely potty trained. I walk well on a leash and know some basic commands. I love to be outside, I have great car manners and I know wait my turn for food and snacks.  Since I was an only dog, I need a little time to settle into new surroundings and with new dogs.  I have learned that the other dog in my foster home is great.  I am working on my figure while in my foster home.

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
