Hi my name is Kiara. I am a 2 year old black and tan Dachshund mix and I weigh 15 pounds. I am friendly with other dogs.  I love to be around you and lay in your lap and have my tummy rubbed.  I am potty trained.  I am friendly with anybody that comes to your home,  I do bark a little when they first come in but stop quickly.  I do not sleep in the bed with you, I get up in bed when you go to bed and then want down to get in my bed next to you on floor in the bedroom Just watch me when the front door is opened because I  like to run out but I am working on it. They tell me I am a very loving dog! 

Kiara is ready for adoption under our heartworm positive contract.  Since Kiara tested positive for heartworms, she will need to still go through the treatments.  This means, she can live with you in your home while Diamond Dachshund schedules the appointments for you and pays for the treatments.
