Happy Tails: Montana
Miss Montana a.k.a. Hannah Montana the big Banana came into our lives early in 2018. She was the first standard dachshund that we had fostered and we absolutely fell in love with her. Although she was heartworm positive and had recently been spayed, she made herself right at home. And at no point did she ever give us any trouble while going through treatment. Just like her size, a whopping 44 pounds, her heart is huge! She is definitely a lover. She’d like to think she’s the same size as the other wiener dogs (around 15#) and to this day she believes that she is a lapdog. Whether it is bathtime or naptime, Montana is right by our side. She’s not sure what to think of this Texas heat, but she has found a nice place to sunbathe on the back patio early in the day. We are ecstatic that this girl has come into our lives!!
Happy Tails King Mason!
It looks like you are finally getting royal subjects to meet your every whim. Why, we're sure that they will bow in awe as you continue to strut your kingly stuff and they'll scurry to see that you have all of the belly rubs that a King is due each and every evening. Hail, Hail King Mason, long live the King!

Happy Tails Matilda Lucille!
You will be the belle of the ball in your new home! Congratulations to you all!
We are so very happy that you have found your home! Your name "Meaghan" means Pearl ... which is a very precious gemstone and in the dachshund world that would make you a very precious dachshund! We wish you the very best in your home with your parents and we know that you will be giving them lots of love as well. Congratulations to you and to your new mom Diane Kaiser.
If YOUR dachshund was a gemstone, what would it be? Tell us we'd love to know.
