Little Woodrow's (Stone Oak) Dachshund Races

Little Woodrow’s Stone Oak and the San Antonio Lowriders are hosting the 2nd Invitational Wiener Dog Derby on Sunday, May 22nd! This wienerful family and pet-friendly event is benefiting Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas and proceeds will help the rescue save more dachshund lives! Come meet some of our available dogs at the DDRTX adoption booth (approved applications required www.ddrtx.org). Pre-register to race your dachshund by emailing stoneoak@littlewoodrows.com. (registration begins at 11:00 am the day of the race).
We will also be hosting a separate race for senior or disabled wiener dogs!
Below is all the info needed to participate:
-Pre-register by emailing stoneoak@littlewoodrows.com
-Check-In & Registration starts at 11am (including those pre-registered)
-Check-In closes at 12pm **all participants must check in before 12pm in order to participate**
-Brackets are set at 12-1pm

Collecting Stuffed Animals: Stuffed Pet Vet Mobile Clinic will be collecting new and gently used stuffed animals to be donated to children that are admitted to hospitals throughout the San Antonio, TX metro and surrounding communities. They will be set up to collect donations at the entrance of the indoor market building. Thank you for bringing stuffed animals for children in need!
Frosty is in the Lobby: Hill Country Comicon will be providing a friendly greeting for kids this market with "Frosty the Snowman" in the lobby area this month. Most other kids' activities (face painting, crafts, twisted balloons, games, bounce house etc. can be found in the grass area near the front doors of the main building in Lot 1. (Because you may be asked where these things are! )
Air1 Radio DJ'ing Music in Lot 1: So excited to have them joining us! We hope you feel the same. If you do not want to be close to the music in future months, or prefer to be closer, please note you are welcome to request specific spaces/areas of the market for future events with us right when you register.
